A user's first impression with Seashell and our brand is often facilitated by our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring Seashell's users have a beautiful and seamless onboarding experience. Covering the full spectrum of support to ensure our users have the resources and help they need to arrive at magical moments within our application. We are looking for motivated team members who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, have a passion for helping people and building relationships, are interested in solving problems, and have the flexibility to help with a variety of initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users to successfully onboard into Seashell's application.
  • Train and educate users on how to find value and magical moments within our application.
  • Capture and organize user feedback and data from our users.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with other Seashell teams to improve the user experience from start to finish.
  • Begin to strategize and launch growth oriented campaigns with Seashell users.
  • Improve and scale Seashell's onboarding process.

    About you:

    • 2+ years of customer success experience, preferably within a SaaS organization.
    • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization.
    • Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
    • Analytical and data driven mindset to continuously improve yourself and your team's effectiveness.

      Bonus points:

      • Experience working in a consumer technology startup.
      • Experience working in a high-touch, white glove onboarding environment.
      • Domain knowledge in financial markets or blockchain technologies.
      • Bachelor's degree or higher in communications or a related subject.
